Rent out the space you're already paying for.
Most people with extra office space have the same problem: they're paying for square footage they only use part-time, and the obvious answer — list it on Peerspace — means handing over 20% of every booking and turning their space into a search result on someone else's website.
Roomfora is the other option. You get your own branded booking page on your own URL, payments land in your Stripe account first (we deduct a small fee — starting at 0.75% — transparently on the same charge), and you keep the customer relationship. You don't have to be a coworking operator. You don't have to quit your day job. You just have a conference room, or a studio, or a Sunday-school wing, that's empty more often than it's full.

Renting space shouldn't become your second one.
You don't want to be a marketplace listing
Your space, your URL, your customer relationship.
You don't want to lose 20% of every booking
Our fees start at 0.75% — transparent and itemized.

Peerspace, LiquidSpace, Splacer, and Giggster are marketplaces. They take a cut, and they own the page your booker lands on. Roomfora isn't a marketplace. Here's what the difference looks like.

Three things a marketplace can't give you.
Your URL, not theirs
When a booker remembers where they had a great meeting, they remember your name. Not a search result on someone else's site.
Your customer, not theirs
Their email, their booking history, their next-time-they- need-a-space. Not gated behind a marketplace.
Your money, never escrowed
Funds flow into your Stripe account first. Roomfora's fee is deducted on the same charge — itemized on every payout, never held.
Most hosts start free.
Starter is free forever — pay 5% + $0.50 per booking, with a path to 0.75% as you scale. No per-seat fees, no platform-fee tiers, no surprise overages.
Common questions, answered straight.
Do I need to be a coworking operator?
No. Roomfora works for any bookable space — a single conference room, a recording studio, a church classroom. The platform doesn't change based on what you're listing.
What if my landlord restricts subletting?
Check your lease before listing on a per-booking basis. A short-term hourly rental usually isn't “subletting” in the legal sense, but commercial leases vary — when in doubt, ask your landlord. Roomfora doesn't review leases for you.
How fast can I start taking bookings?
Most operators publish their first lobby in under 45 minutes — name, photos, hours, price, Stripe Connect onboarding. Members can book immediately after.
How are taxes handled?
You're the merchant of record on every booking via Stripe Connect, so sales tax / occupancy tax / VAT are your responsibility (same as if you rented the space yourself). Stripe Tax can automate calculation if you turn it on.
Can I list more than one space?
Yes. Each location and each resource (room, desk, studio) is its own line item. Pricing is per location, not per resource — list as many resources at one address as you want.
