We built Roomfora because we ran a coworking space.
A 14-desk studio in a converted warehouse, three meeting rooms, one event space, ninety-something members on a mix of day passes and monthlies. The coworking management software we tried either treated us like a hotel chain — every workflow assuming regional managers and a finance team we didn't have — or like a calendar widget with no billing, no memberships, no door access.
So we kept duct-taping spreadsheets to Stripe to Calendly. Eventually we got tired of the duct tape and wrote our own tool. That tool became Roomfora.
For the operators in the gap.
Roomfora is a coworking booking platform for the operators between the extremes: single-location studios up to multi-location coworking operators with twelve sites, who need coworking billing and membership software that actually fits the way a small-and-growing space runs.
A booking platform that feels like yours.
Every Roomfora tenant gets a branded tenant lobby on their own URL — yourspace.roomfora.com out of the box, a custom domain on Growth and up — so members never see our logo when they book a desk. Magic- link sign-in means no password resets at 11pm.
Your money, your account.
The money flow is the part we're proudest of. Roomfora runs on Stripe Connect: every dollar a member spends lands in your Stripe account first. We deduct a transparent per-booking fee as the application fee on the same charge — itemised on every payout, never held in escrow. If Roomfora disappeared tomorrow, your revenue would keep moving.
Pricing that drops as you scale.
Per-booking fees start at 5% on Starter (free forever) and drop to 0.75% on Pro as you grow. No per-seat lock-in, no hidden modules, no surprise overages. Most operators see Roomfora pay for itself in the first ten bookings.
Built for operators, not enterprise IT.
You can launch a real tenant lobby in under 45 minutes: location, hours, resources, photos, branded URL. No onboarding call, no implementation consultant. The dashboard is the kind of tool we wished we had when we were the operators.
Where we fit, plainly.
Skedda is great if all you need is a room calendar. The booking UX is solid; the surface above bookings is thin. Operators who outgrow it usually do so quickly — there's no native billing, no membership management, no Stripe Connect.
OfficeRnD and Nexudus are great if you're running 90 countries. They're heavy in a way that pays off when you have an ops team to operate them — and feels punitive when you don't.
Roomfora is for the operators between those — coworking founders and community managers running real businesses who want coworking SaaS that pays for itself fast and stays out of the way as you scale.
Want to see how it actually works?
The demo lobby on this site isn't a video — it's a real tenant rendered with the same primitives any operator gets the moment they finish onboarding. Open it, click around, try to book a room. You'll see exactly what your members will see.
